Experience Overview:
Rucha Adhvaryu began working as an MSK physiotherapist in India in 2015. She also worked as a rotational physiotherapist, where she treated patients for sports rehabilitation, neuro patients, and cardio inpatients. Her primary area of interest has always been MSK, therefore in 2023, She began working in the UK after completing a master’s degree programme there. She possesses a great deal of experience treating musculoskeletal conditions, including neck, back, hip, knee, and shoulder pain, as well as providing posture guidance, injury education, manual treatment, and home care and exercises program.
Trained in Manual Therapy techniques such as Peripheral and Spinal Manipulation Techniques, Yoga training and Ergonomics guidance

Why do you enjoy working as a Physiotherapist?
Being in a hands-on profession, I spend a lot of time with our patients, and I witness improvements in their quality of life and mobility, workplace and confidence, and their body language and mindset. I believe I can assist people with many facets of their lives, including confidence, health, and even getting past seemingly impossible tasks.
