Experience Overview:
In 2019, Umair started his career as a MSK physiotherapist. He has since had the opportunity to treat various MSK outpatient injuries. With extensive experience in treating musculoskeletal problems, acute and chronic conditions. He has extensive experience of treating musculoskeletal problems such as neck pain, back pain, hip pain, knee pain, ankle, elbow, shoulder pain. Treating musculoskeletal pain has become his main interest and now uses numerous ways like posture advises, education on injury, manual therapy, individualized exercise program.
Trained in Manual Therapy techniques to treat musculoskeletal injuries (such as sprains, strains, and fractures), orthopedic conditions (such as osteoarthritis and tendonitis).Advanced Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation, Mulligan Concept Manual Therapy, Mobilization with movement, Peripheral and Spinal Manipulation Techniques.
He is trained in Integrated kinetic neurology approaches and using this in current orthopaedic and musculoskeletal treatments.

As a physiotherapist i have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients by helping them recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall quality of life. The satisfaction of seeing patients progress and regain function can be incredibly rewarding. offers a diverse range of patients and conditions to work with, from athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly individuals seeking to improve mobility and independence. This variety keeps the work interesting and allows me to continually learn and grow in the practice.
