ON ARRIVAL:
- Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
- Report to the reception area at the main entrance of the Heathrow Goals Soccer Centre.
- Please either use the Online Check-in system to note your arrival or inform the Goals Centre receptionist that you are visiting for your Physiotherapy appointment.
- You will be directed to the treatment room.
- Please knock on the door and take a seat in the lounge area until you are called into your appointment by the physiotherapist.
