- The Champion Health Plus - Croydon North clinic is located inside the 'Square Root Business Centre'.

- The Business Centre has two visitor parking slots available. Please note that they are not always available.
TRANSIT INFORMATION:
- (TRAIN) - West Croydon and Sellhurst station within 15 minutes walk.
- (TUBE) - East Croydon is within 15-20 minutes walk
- (BUS) - Windmill Road. This stop is on bus routes: 450

ACCESSIBILITY:
- The centre is wheelchair accessible.
- Toilet facilities are available.
ON ARRIVAL:
- Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
- Please either use the Online Check-in system (rehabplus.janeapp.co.uk/checkin) to note your arrival or on arrival please ring the doorbell at the entrance and wait to be let in. Please then wait in reception until the Physiotherapist comes to collect you for your appointment.
